How do you filter my data?

What is a filter and how does it work?
A filter is a rule applied to the dataset before delivery. For example, you may only want homeowners within selected postcodes or records interested in solar. Any records outside your criteria are excluded.
Is there a replacement policy for bad data?
Yes. Records that contain invalid phone numbers, invalid emails, duplicates within the supplied file, or data outside agreed filters may qualify for replacement or credit after review.
How quickly will I receive my data?
Most datasets can be delivered within 24 hours depending on the size, filters, and preparation requirements. Larger or highly customised datasets may take longer.
